Sinem is an Existential Analyst and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with a Professional Counselling Diploma from Vancouver College of Counselling and a Bachelor’s degree from Hacettepe University, Turkey. She has completed five years of specialized training in Existential-Analytic Psychotherapy through the Existential Analysis Society of Canada and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy at Salzburg University.
Her professional journey began with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training in 2016, leading to three years of experience working as a Behaviour Interventionist with autistic children. Over time, her deep interest in human existence and personal meaning guided her toward existential psychotherapy, where she helps individuals and couples navigate life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges.
Sinem believes that every person carries unrealized potential, and that meaning emerges when we explore life’s questions with openness and courage. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can gain clarity, process their experiences, and discover a way of living that feels true to them. Drawing from Existential, Reality, and Person-Centred therapy, she supports clients in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and embracing life with authenticity.
“Healing and transformation begin in a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. In that space, the journey toward a meaningful and fulfilling life unfolds.”
Sinem offers counselling in English and Turkish.
